Not only do we support our assessors on a daily basis we also offer monthly training sessions for all of the assessment team (Outsourced training and In-House).

Our team meetings are also once a month so we can all raise any issues or ask advice from each other and the management team.

You will have a small candidate base of 15-20! And only have to do two appointments a day!

Equipment

We supply all assessors with Mobiles, Laptops, Cameras/Dictaphones, Ink, Paper and Printers.

Criteria

If you are qualified with a D32/33 or A1 Certificate and have occupational competency or have delivered in any of the following:

• Business Administration (Levels 2,3)
• Customer Service (Levels 2,3)
• ITQ (level 2)
• Team Leading (Level 2)
• Management (Level 3)
• Call Centre (level 2,3)
• You must also have experience in delivering Key Skills training and portfolio construction (AON and COMMS)

Salary

The Salary we offer for Assessors Start at £25,000 (not incl Bonuses or Travel or equipment)

The Salary we offer for Internal Verifiers start at £28,000 (not incl Bonuses or Travel or equipment
