"I definitely feel that the course appealed to me alot more since i had you Matt as my assessor. Things got moving so to speak. I felt as i was progressing faster, boredom and frustration did not set in.

This does not say that i was not pleased with my previous assessor, who tried hard to see me within my very busy working environment. I think i found that the hardest thing of all. I needed time, and my time was so limited. So fortunately for us, more time was allocated from the company. I also has very good contact with the Jobwise Office, who were constantly checking to see how the course was progressing and that appointments were made.

I feel that the NVQ will benefit me with regards to my C.V. and that hopefully it would show a potential employer my ability to learn more in order to achieve better results for their company. "I began my level NVQ level 2 in Customer Care with Jobwise Training in March 2008. This was a new challenge for me as I had already completed an NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration the previous year. The support and advice I received from my assessor was informative enabling me to complete each unit with confidence and knowing that with their help and guidance, progression to the next unit would be attainable.

Approach from my assessor was to guide me in identifying evidence which would show my knowledge and understanding, by this including lots of witness statements, many observations and questions. This evidence was recorded and photographed at my desk so it did not affect my daily working routine.

I feel that the NVQ will benefit me in the future, as I now have more understanding and knowledge in my approach with all customers. It has also made me more aware of my own companies policies and procedures, ensuring that all customers are treated with confidentiality respect and dignity.

I have really enjoyed completing this NVQ, it has given me the confidence now to begin Level 3 in Customer Care and I know that with Jobwise’s encouragement and guidance it will help me to achieve this."
