All good employers recognise the importance of training and staff development in motivating and retaining good staff. The Government also recognises the importance of staff development in up-skilling the workforce and increasing productivity. The Government has therefore ring- fenced funds for the duration of the Apprenticeship programme to enable employers to take part without the burden of the additional high cost of staff training.

Who we are

We are a Government funded training organisation that provides “On The Job” Apprenticeship qualifications to companies over London and Greater London (FREE OF CHARGE).

We are currently working with hundreds of organisations developing their workforce to gain nationally recognised qualifications.

A Level 2 Apprenticeship is worth 5 GCSEs (nationally recognised) and takes an average of three months.

A Level 3 Apprenticeship is worth 2 A-Levels (nationally recognised) and takes an average of four months. All our programmes are individually tailored to meet the needs of our clients.

What we do

At a convenient time to you, we visit your member of staff for a few hours every two weeks.

There is minimal distruption to your employees working day as the majority of the apprenticeship qualification is based on the assessor observing actual work being carried out as part of their normal duties. Assessors will also gather additional evidence by taking photographs, voice recordings and in some cases statements from supervisors which will all go towards proving occupational competency in their field of work.

Jobwise has been delivering training and qualifications to a large range of organisation in varied occupational areas since 1979. We are one of The Central London LSC’s highest achieving providers and have held contracts with the LSC since their inception, successfully passing all OFSTED, FAM, IS09002 and IIP inspections.

The Training

We have a highly skilled team of Assessors that are fully qualified and experienced and will deliver the Apprenticeship program without taking staff away from their usual work.

We visit at a time to suit the organisation and the employee.

Courses we offer:

• Customer Service (Level 2 and 3) 3-4 months depending on the level of experience
• Business Administration (Level 2 and 3) 3-4 months depending on the level of experience
• Team Leading (Level 2) 3 months based on level of experience
• Management (Level 3) 4 months
• IT (Level 2) 3 months
• Call Centre 3 months
